Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any prior cooking experience?

Not for most programmes. The Foundation Techniques Workshop is designed for cooks of all levels. For advanced programmes like Regional Cuisine Deep Dives, basic kitchen comfort is helpful but not required.

What should I bring to a session?

Just yourself and an apron if you have one (we provide aprons if needed). All ingredients, equipment, and materials are included in your programme fee.

Can I reschedule if something comes up?

Yes, we offer free rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice. Contact us via email to arrange an alternative date.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Let us know about any dietary requirements when booking, and we'll adapt the programme accordingly. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy accommodations are all possible.
