Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and blossom-manta ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the blossom-manta.net website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site and our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Services Description

blossom-manta provides culinary education services including, but not limited to:

• Cooking workshops and classes
• Personalised culinary coaching
• Private group cooking experiences
• Specialised cuisine and technique programmes

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Booking and Payment

When you submit a booking request through our Site:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Booking requests are subject to availability confirmation
• Payment terms will be communicated upon booking confirmation
• Full payment is required to secure your booking
• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days before: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
• 3-7 days before: 50% refund or reschedule with a $50 fee
• Less than 3 days before: No refund; reschedule subject to availability with a $100 fee
• No-show: No refund or reschedule

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

Participant Requirements

By booking our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age (participants under 18 require parental consent)
• You have disclosed any relevant allergies or dietary restrictions
• You are physically able to participate in cooking activities
• You will follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors

Health and Safety

Participation in our cooking workshops involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Exposure to heat, sharp objects, and kitchen equipment
• Contact with food allergens
• Physical activity associated with cooking tasks

You participate at your own risk and acknowledge that blossom-manta is not liable for any injuries sustained during workshops, except where caused by our negligence.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by blossom-manta, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
• Use any automated means to access the Site
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Collect or harvest any information from the Site

Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during our workshops for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing before the workshop that you do not wish to be photographed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, blossom-manta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless blossom-manta and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and blossom-manta regarding your use of the Site and services, superseding any prior agreements between you and blossom-manta.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by revising the date at the bottom of these terms and, in some cases, provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms of Use means you accept and agree to the changes.
