Baking intimidates many home cooks, but it shouldn't. This programme demystifies the science of flour, water, and heat. You'll understand gluten development, master fermentation timing, learn lamination techniques, and gain the confidence to bake everything from sourdough to croissants.
6 sessions × 3 hours each
